The inbox problem

Receiving the email is only the start

School emails often contain several small jobs and details. Trip information, payment requests, club updates, event details, forms, deadlines and meeting information can all be useful long after the message arrives. The challenge is remembering what needs to happen without repeatedly searching the inbox.

How it works

From a relevant email to reviewed information

You decide which email RdyUp receives and whether it should be processed.

  1. Receive the school email

The original message arrives in your usual email inbox.

  2. Forward the relevant email

Deliberately send it to your Family's RdyUp forwarding address. RdyUp does not need access to your whole inbox.

  3. Choose “Process with RdyUp”

Open the received email in RdyUp and choose to have its useful information prepared.

  4. Review and confirm

Check the proposed information. You can edit details, remove a proposed item or add one yourself.

  5. Save to RdyUp

When the details are right, save the useful information to your Family so it is easier to organise and remember.
